These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 2agam (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://2agam.cam and all associated services, features, content and tools made available through it.
By accessing or using 2agam in any capacity — including browsing content, registering an account, placing a bet or participating in any promotional activity — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
The Services are available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By registering an Account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. Accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder for their personal recreational use. Accounts may not be transferred, sold or used by any third party.
To access the full range of Services, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
2agam operates in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or full account access is granted:
Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Users must never send identity documents via unencrypted email, third-party messaging applications or any other unsecured channel. Submission of altered, obscured or falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and may be referred to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the support team immediately at [email protected].
The Platform makes available various payment methods for Pakistani users. Accepted methods are displayed in the live cashier and may include bank transfers and other payment options. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are for user familiarity only. None of these institutions endorse or facilitate gambling through 2agam, and their availability as deposit methods must be confirmed directly in the live cashier at the time of deposit.
Deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. The Platform reserves the right to amend limits without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements and fraud prevention checks. Processing times depend on the selected method and are provided in the cashier as estimates only — they are not guaranteed. The Platform will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network conditions.
All Account balances, transactions and displayed amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless an alternative is explicitly offered. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the rate published in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
Promotional offers are subject to individual terms published on the relevant offer page at the time of the promotion. All bonus figures displayed anywhere on the Platform — including illustrative examples such as "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000" — are examples only and do not represent guaranteed or currently active promotions. Always review the live promotion terms before participating.
Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible markets, minimum odds and time limit for each promotion are specified in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through coordinated or systematic betting strategies, arbitrage, the use of multiple accounts or any other method deemed abusive at the Platform's reasonable discretion will result in the cancellation of Bonus Funds, reversal of associated winnings and potential account suspension.
All bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. A bet is not confirmed until an explicit acceptance confirmation is issued by the system. Bets placed after an event has commenced (other than in-play markets explicitly offered as such) are void.
Odds are subject to change without notice until a bet is confirmed. In the event of an obvious error in published odds — including decimal, fractional or moneyline prices — the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its absolute discretion.
A bet may be declared void due to event cancellation, walkover, postponement beyond the stated settlement period, incorrect information at time of offering, or any other reason provided for in the relevant sport-specific rules. Stakes on void bets are returned to the User's Account.
In-play markets are available on selected events, including Pakistan cricket matches, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and international football. Live odds are updated in real time; the Platform accepts no liability for connectivity issues that prevent a User from placing or amending a live bet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the 2agam Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, data compilations, software and the overall design — is the intellectual property of 2agam or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public display, transmission or any other exploitation of Platform content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
The collection, storage and processing of your personal data is governed by the 2agam Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described therein.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply in full. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
2agam reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of actual or suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement or any other reason deemed sufficient by the Platform. Upon closure for breach, any balance attributable to fraudulent or prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules. Genuine Real Money Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to you via a method approved by the Platform, subject to completion of KYC requirements.
2agam reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 13.2.
Where a change is material, the Platform will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence, as specified in the operator's published licensing information.
In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact the 2agam support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism specified in the operator's licence conditions.
